Frequently asked questions – Filejoker Premium
Answers based on real testing and common user questions.
Does Filejoker Premium work with JDownloader 2?
Yes – full support. No Captcha, resume works, you can add multiple links. We tested it with JD2 and IDM.
What’s the difference between Premium and Premium VIP?
Only traffic: 60 GB vs 300 GB per 5 days. All other features (speed, no waiting, resume, JDownloader) are identical. VIP is only needed if you download more than 12 GB on average per day.
Can I resume a partially downloaded file if my connection drops?
Yes – premium accounts support resuming in both browser and download managers. Free accounts cannot resume at all.
Is there a daily traffic limit?
No daily limit – but there is a rolling limit per 5 days. Example: 60 GB / 5 days = average 12 GB per day. If you exceed the 5-day cap, you must wait until the period resets. It takes a moment to get used to this system.
How fast is Filejoker Premium really?
In our tests across different ISPs and times, we recorded between 50 MB/s and 104 MB/s. Speeds vary but always massively faster than free (under 200 KB/s).
Is Filejoker safe? Can I get a virus?
Filejoker scans uploaded files, but no system is perfect. Always use antivirus, especially for executables or archives from unknown sources.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bitcoin, WebMoney, Paysafe, and bank transfer.
Can I cancel auto-renewal?
Yes – log into your Filejoker account, go to billing settings, and disable auto-renewal.
Does Filejoker have a mobile app?
Yes – premium users can use the official Filejoker mobile app to manage downloads, uploads, and account settings.
