Is FileJoker Free?
FileJoker offers two tiers of service, free and paid. You can use the free service for as long as you would like. You may upgrade anytime or go on using free indefinitely. We recommend at least registering so you can enjoy a higher level of service than you would as a guest.
What are the limitations of a free account?
Download speeds are limited with a free account, and we may only allow one simultaneous download. The max file size is capped at 2048 MB, and there is a waiting time of 90 to 120 seconds. Free unregistered users have no storage volume; registered free users get 50 GB.

How long are my files stored?
If you are a free user, you will be able to store files for 30 days. Filejoker Premium users may store their files for 90 days.
How much does FileJoker premium cost, and how do I pay?
For your convenience, we offer a number of different payment methods for FileJoker. You may pay using your credit or debit card, or you can use Bitcoin, PayWeb, Online Banking, WebMoney, or Resellers. Payment plans include 30 Days, 90 days, 180 Days, or 365 Days. If you purchase just one month, that will cost you € 9.95. The more time you purchase, the more money you save. A full year of access costs just €64.95.
How can I cancel?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. There will be no refunds for unused time, but unsubscribing will remove you from the automatic billing cycle.
